'I was very pleased with my stay, I only had one issue with the tub being backed up and the water was draining very slowly. I went to the front desk the following morning of my check in and they handled the matter rather quickly. Our bed was very comfortable. The drive to kings Island was a little under 20 mins but well worth the drive, the area seemed to be very safe. Will be back in the near future.'

'The room was not clean . The floor had not been cleaned, there was trash under the desk (used dental floss pick and q-tip). The soap dispenser was empty in the shower and they just dropped on on the floor outside the door. I had to install it, then they never did pick up the empty bottle laying on the counter for the 4 day stay. The comforter was unraveling. The window sill looked like someone had used it to set their soda cups because the sill had several cup rings. Someones sun glasses...

'Walked into a check in desk with no one available and rang bell multiple times and a representative finally came from the back. They didn’t seem too eager to help us and welcome us here for our stay. As we walked to check in the floor was very sticky and made noise as we walked.
