'Bev's condo was perfect for our one month stay. It's a great location. If you don't mind walking 1/2 mile or a little more, there's tons of stores and restaurants. Our favorite was Julio G's. Groceries just across the street made our long stay convenient. The condo was very clean and pretty quiet (maintenance workers started blowing leaves at 8:00 AM. Quiet condo neighborhood though. Furnishings we're excellent and the King bed exceptional. If we head down again, we'd definitely stay again.'

The communication with the property management lacks, very hard to get in contact with on the day of your arrival. You leave a message and they are supposed to call you back, (they never did) I was concerned they forgot about our reservation. They bombard with emails before we arrived (when you book the property) and then the day of arrival no response. Until I was persistent for three hours, calling to...
