'The front desk attendant specially Kumar very accommodating almost everyone is Kumar was excellent attendant or receptionist but he really handle me patiently I really giving him 2 thumbs up Appreciate him & the rest of the crew of the hotel'

'Hotel ligt op goede locatie om downtown Seattle te bezoeken en heeft een gezellige lounge/bar. Wel wordt bij het inchecken medegedeeld dat er geen kamerservice is. We verbleven 3 nachten en geen enkele dag is iets opgeruimd of schoongemaakt. '

'I stayed here for three nights with my daughter. She lives nearby. I have stayed here several times before. A parking fee is now charged but that is common in this area. The hot breakfast is no longer available but a cold one is available for a charge. There is a McDonalds and a Starbucks across the street for breakfast. This location was about half a mile from the lightrail and a shopping mall. It is close to several medical facilities. Overall, it was a good stay.'

'This hotel was fantastic. Every single person, service, amenity was the best. It made us feel like we were home. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Its one of the best of the best. Thank you Hyatt for this hotel. BTW, everyone one of your staff members who were there when we stayed should be commended for their excellence. The location of this hotel is fantastic. Near everything, Metra, Monorail, Pike Market, shopping. Great memories. Thank you'

'This is not tje W hotel standard as I have experienced travelling in Europe. Hotels needs refurbishment. Poor breakfast service and poor hotel lobby bar. Faded glory. Most astonishing was the sound of the airo on/off sound like a door was smashed'

'Het gebouw, voormalige Ford garage en school is heel speciaal. Veel oude details. Onderhoud kan netter. Het bad is versleten. Er is geverfd, maar niet erg netjes.'
