'Fijne kamer, all good.'

'We have stayed here many times and it was great. This time we did not get the room we requested, the room we got smelled musty, black mold in the shower, stains on the bedspread and blankets. I told the gal who checks us in that had that been our first time staying we would never be back. She is wonderful and was quite horrified that it was not a good stay for us. If someone tries to give me room 112 next time, I will go elsewhere.'

'The staff was extremely rude—especially the front desk lady. Asking for extra towels, a blanket, and even to get our room cleaned was too much for this hotel. Do not stay if you’re used to being treated as a human being.'
