'The cottage was perfect for my young 3,4 & 6 year old grandsons with the play areas and bunk bed system. The back porch was comfortable for morning and evening relaxation. Extremely close to the Ark Encounter and the Williamstown downtown was wonderful with the best Pizza Opa’s pizza and Ice cream shop near by. All easily to walk too from the cottage. The cottage had everything we needed and it was well stocked for what you need for your stay. '

'We were very impressed! The house if very clean beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything that you need. We spent the entire weekend in or by the pool, beautiful area to swim, sun, relax or read. We were fortunate enough to meet the owners who couldn't been nicer always asked us if we needed anything. We will definately stay here again.'

'The house was clean and so was the spa. The outside patio was wonderful. We spent most of our home time out there. Several close areas to get fuel, food and spirits. The shops were wonderful and food was great. Not too far from Louisville'

'This was our second visit to Orchard Park. First time we went with family and this time with friends. So lovely and peaceful. Beautiful countryside, home, and sunsets. Absolutely love seeing the mothers and foals together. Everyone is so kind and friendly. Will definitely return for another stay. '
