'What a gem! We were pleasantly surprised with Park Point Marina. After a lackluster stay at the Radisson, we switched to here for our second night's stay in Duluth. Since we came in the winter, the prices were very reasonable, but even during peak season, Park Place is still worth what i assume are premium prices. First impressions were that the resort has tons of character. It doesn't rely on huge open spaces like most hotels, but instead offers a cozy, very homely "up north" costal cabin...

'Schone en ruime kamer. Hotel is duidelijk onlangs gerenoveerd. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt is prima. De gratis cookies om 20.00 uur ‘‘s avonds zijn een leuk extraatje. Recht tegenover een winkelcentrum, handig gelegen nabij de doorgaande weg.'
