'I had the pleasure of staying here for a little over a week during grad week at UW. I know I'm going to forget a lot here in my review because it was just an amazing week that felt like I was at home. I will start by saying communication with our host was top notch. 'Stayed for work. This was 10 minutes away from my job. Would have loved to stay for a longer period. The amenities were great but I didn't need them.'

'The Perch was the perfect home base for my father and me during a short trip to Seattle. We needed only a couple of beds and a coffee maker because we were going to be out and about most of the weekend. My bed was sooo comfortable!It was great to have parking, though the navigation into/out of the space might be a little tricky for a larger car. The space has everything you need for a small group. Would definitely stay there again on the next trip.'

'The home surpassed our expectations. The hosts were super responsive, the view was amazing, the home was fully equipped, plenty of amenities (the best being fast wi-fi and a hot tub), and the location was perfect. Our family enjoyed our time and we look forward to coming again!'

'This home was in a great spot! They provided all things needed. And the home was nice and clean. You do have to sign into your own prime/netflix etc. Great hosts. Parking was a little limited. Great restos within walking distance. The beds are so comfy. We would stay there again. Pls note: no Ac in th second room. Es are sp comfy.'

'We had a lovely stay in Wallingford! Communication with the host was impeccable the smart lock made check-in as well as coming and going throughout the day a breeze! The home was as described. 'Great location. Bottom floor was a bit chilly. Seemed as though heater could not get it warm but bedrooms were very comfortable. Everything clean. Great location. Nice kitchen and bathrooms/showers were great. '

'What a perfect set up for my wife and I to stay during a family wedding in Seattle. Our hosts were amazing, very responsive and provided us with everything thing we needed or asked for! With Light Rail steps from the apartment numerous Seattle neighborhoods and downtown were moments away so driving became obsolete. Groceries and great restaurants were also steps away. We give it 5 stars all the way!'

'If you don't mind many stairs, this VRBO is a find. The highlight is the rooftop patio. We would stay here again. 👍'
