'We were very pleased that the hot tub was actually working and it was clean! I never used the pool, but it was used. The hotel was clean. I mean the clean feeling of fresh sheets, nice. The curtains when closed them it made the room dark, even during the day, that was/is a good thing. Breakfast was really good. The area(s) used were cleaned and the food and coffee were replenished often. Eggs, waffles, sausages, bread and more. As for the staff they were provided service and then-some! ...

'Overall, the property was clean and easy to access. Unfortunately for me, the equipment in the fitness center did not work. following the directions on the control panel of the treadmills resulted in no action. That sucked. I stayed in room 108. The bed mattress was too soft and I found it difficult to sleep and got up with a sore back each morning. The staff was very good. Cynthia was very helpful getting one problem corrected.'

'Very happy with the service. Hotel tile shower was very nice and modern , although I prefer a bath. Breakfast was very good. My husband didn't care for the pre-made waffles, as he prefers fresh ones. Pool and hot tub were down, but we were given the option of canceling our reservation on check-in. Overall suite was very well appointed with desk, pull out couch, stainless steel full size fridge and dishwasher. Bed was comfortable. Service was perfect. '
