'This hotel is EXTREMELY outdated and the rooms are disgusting. As soon as you step off the elevator, it smells like old, wet carpet and stale. Instead of doing construction on the outside, they need to focus on the rooms. '

'I stayed on the 3rd floor. The traffic was super loud. My friend on the 7th floor said they couldn't hear the traffic. The AC vents were closer to the bathroom nook area, not close to the bed. The AC kept turning off all night and the room did not stay cool. Older hotel, bathtub was peeling. The lobby/room had a weird scent. The beds were comfy like usual Westin. Pools and gym were nice.'
