'As soon as I got there I was not treated by valet, then got charged twice for a room I had already paid for, room service in the morning was also banging on doors around 8 am cleaning rooms and I couldn’t even get proper rest, honestly disappointed'

'Surprised not to Westin standards. Pool furniture was old and worn out. Pool bar was supposed to to open at 4pm per website info, but staff stated it only opens Saturday and Sunday. They should change their info for new visitors to prepare. Room halls had a bad smell. Rooms were a little outdated. Bar had no frozen drinks and limited on what they offered. It wasn’t a totally bad experience but not what we expected from A Westin Hotel.'
