'Lovely luxurious place in Lower Greenville. Beds were super comfy, two spacious bedrooms each with their own bath, large living room with kitchen. Above Cafe Euro and Sisters restaurant. It is up a steep staircase so keep in mind if mobility is an issue for you (it wasn't for us). The apartment is beautiful and we loved the decor. It is very soundproof so we did not hear any car noise or the large AC units outside the door at the top of the stairs. Food was delicious at Sisters and the coffee...

'Was thoroughly impressed with the whole space. Asa took care of any problems while I was still on the phone with him. The home is seriously beautiful! We had every bed filled and it never felt cramped. Just a short diagonal walk and you are at the lake! Will 100% come back if we come down to Lake Texoma. '

'Upon arrival, the weather was awful, flash flooding, torrential rains, flight delays. Our host was very accommodating to our eventful schedule. The Villa was ready to receive us whenever we arrived. 'A great place to serve as our base camp, while we moved our daughter into UNT. We loved getting to explore Denton/Dallas then come back and play a game of pool or have a meal together. Was helpful to have a washer and dryer! The property was beautiful and clean and the location very convenient to all the shops on the Loop. '
