'Property was modern, clean, and well appointed. Locations was great and we enjoyed how close to town it was. It should be noted that the “hot tub” is a jetted indoor tub. The wifi was out for our unit during our stay but we were contacted prior to arrival and given the upstairs wifi information so it was not an issue.'

Having free access to kayaks and beautiful ponds whenever we wanted is an amazing perk of staying here. Also the hosts are great and helped us out with any questions we had about the area, as well as dusted off some of their old toys for our baby to play with! 'We enjoyed our stay at this location. My husband had some work to complete on his computer and having a large dining area provided the perfect space. There was a power outage in the entire area right when we arrived, but the owner was quick to answer our call and had already put the generator on. Very prompt response, which we were thankful for!'

'Gayle and Rob have been very communicative and gave some great tips already ahead of the trip. Property was very clean and equipped with everything we need (e.g. full kitchen, washer/dryer, heat & cool system, Grill ). Lots of attention to details too (paper towel, Alu foil, olive oil, tabs for dishwasher and washer…). Location is also perfect to reach Bar Harbor and National Park. Big plus was to be able to bring our dog and have ample space to let him run (even though it was not really needed...

'This is a great find and perfect cost. This part of Acadia is a hidden gem. There are no Hotels and mostly a very sparsely populated place. But this property is just 2 miles from the Schoodic loop and right across a gas station and a restaurant. Would recommend and also rebook in future.'

Not only was it clean, artfully designed/decorated, but it had a beautiful view of a pond and stream with the relaxing & meditative sound of the water heard at all times!
