'This property was an excellent choice. We were going to the Star Casino for a show on Saturday night, so wanted something handy. The accommodation was attached to the Mermaid Waters Hotel, so we dined downstairs in the restaurant area before going to the show. We booked an $18 taxi ride to and from the Casino, which was the best way to travel. Hotel parking was close to our room and all facilities an easy walk. 'Booked last minute for a weekend away. 5 minute drive to our event. We were running late on check in and the manager was very kind and stayed back til we arrived. King Suite was roomy and clean. Comfortable bed, though I prefer a firmer mattress. Spa bath was great. It was aged and only one jet worked really well but still amazing to soak in after a big day out.'

'Reception staff very friendly and full of good information on things to see and places to go all over the Gold Coast. The premises were clean, tidy, and quieter than expected. We will certainly stay here again!'

'Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful! I arrived very early and they stored my luggage for me and gave me access to the pool area so that I could sit there until my room was ready. Room massively exceeded expectations. Extremely spacious and lovely views! (Wouldn’t bother paying extra for the ocean views) my room faced away from the ocean but the view of the sunset was still lovely! Definitely recommend staying here! '
