'What a beautiful stay, the staff went above and beyond, the room was beautiful, the ocean views stunning and the restaurants lovely. The only let down was room service, you never really got what you ordered on the menu. '

'Old and very tired, in need of refurbishment. Three main things define a quality room - Plumbing, Pillows and Aircon, FAIL on all 3. You can hear other people's plumbing running. The pillows are thin cheap ones probably bought from Coles and the aircon was ineffective. Had to set it to 17C and flat out to even get the room down to a temperature where I wasn't sweating. Hardly slept and won't ever stay here again!'
