'Location is fantastic…convenient to downtown and UTK. Home was extremely clean, spacious, stocked with all the comforts of home. Beds very comfortable…best pillows in a short term rental or hotel hands down! The office space was a game changer and allowed me to easily work remotely while my daughter attended a camp at UTK. Communication, check in and out was quick and easy. Kern Food Hall across the street is convenient for a meal anytime and coffee in the morning. Highly recommend! '

'Listen, I’m not one to give reviews. This place was amazing! It was clean, inviting, well decorated, had all the amenities (Including a disposal and gass stove). It was centrally located in downtown Knoxville on Gay Street. The sheets were even super comfortable and soft. There were many remarks about lighting and noise while sleeping. We did not personally experience that. The guests upstairs were also very quiet and the bar downstairs was far enough away that we did not experience issues with...

'We can’t wait to stay here again! The big, beautiful windows overlooking Gay St were so fun to sit by and watch the busy streets. The decor, open floor plan, and comfy beds made us want to stay forever! Definitely booking again! '

'We have three adults who come to at least one UT football game each year, and we have explored various hotel options. This time we tried this property from VRBO, and it was perfect. It was spacious and comfortable. We were able to walk to the game. Also, it was nice having all of us in the same location.'

'It was a quick work trip. But the loft is super nice, easy to access and has a pay parking lot directly across the street. It was 32ish dollars for 24 hours. You will have to carry your bags/suitcase upstairs. The bed I slept in was comfortable. I’d easily rent again for future trips to Knoxville.'

'This was our first time in Knoxville. In short we will be back!!! The apartment was small and organized. It is in the city so there is noise going on outside and you are close to the train tracks. That being said the place does have floor fans to use to squelch out the noise. There is a flight of stairs that you have to take to access the place. Just wanted to put that out there. The WIFI worked on my computer but we couldn't access from our phones. Not a big deal to us. The couch was okay kind...

'My fiance and I came in for the night to have a date night before going to the UT baseball game the next afternoon. It was a great location and exactly what we needed for 2 people. It was exactly as described in the listing and was perfect for a food/drink tour of the old city. We loved this stay and will definitely be booking again in the future!'
