'We found bedbugs in our room and then went back to inform the front desk and the person behind the desk tried to make excuses. He gave us another room but, the door would not shut without slamming it or using excessive force which makes me question safety. Terrible. I will not be coming here again.'

'I had a wonderful stay at the stone cottage in Knoxville!!! It was well stocked, host added a lot of extras, the house was very clean, and host communication was great!! It was a little oasis in the middle of the city and my stay was relaxing. Great fenced yard for the pups too!!! Thank you!!! '

'We wanted to stay here for 2 nights, we left after the first night because we came back to the room and found cockroaches in there. I immediately alerted the staff at the front desk, they didn’t seem surprised about my find, they said they would switch me rooms, (I was not doing that) and we wanted to leave, they told me to email the owner about the issue, I did and haven’t heard back.'

'Less amenities since it is lower in Hilton chains but worth the price. This location was very clean and still seemed new. Only continental Breakfast but they say that up front. Recommend for a quick stay.'

'Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Hotel was crowded but rooms and halls were quiet. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Loved the coffee and water in the lobby in the afternoon.'
