'Overall had a decent time and stay. Tiffany was amazing and very helpful at the front desk. I only have two complaints. One is parking. You need to change the rules about parking. I was coming from Tennessee and my sister was coming from North Carolina and we could only park one car on the property. Having to find parking for another car is just crazy. Especially during Memorial Day Weekend. The lady at front desk not Tiifany would not even let us buy a parkjng space even though we were staying...

'After checking in to my two rooms, my family and I went to our event. Upon our return my niece attempted to take a shower and the water didn’t drain. We informed the staff and was moved to another room. After checking into that room, my brother discovered there was no safety latch on the door. He informed the older gentleman at the front desk and was initially told, “We’ll check it out in the morning.” My brother then had to ask the gentleman what would he do if it was his family?'

'I would highly recommend not staying at this motel. This is the most nasty motel and I have pictures to prove it. My daughter ended up sick and now she has a doctor appointment with her doctor. I will be reaching out to the head office of Expedia about this motel. Worst vacation ever. This was our last vacation with our son before he goes off to college and I kept apologizing to my kids about the motel room and the nasty pools and hot tubs. Never again will I stay at this motel again.'

'Room upon check in: dirty sheets, had to change them ourselves. Crazy thing is, I wonder how long the out of order and renovation sorry for the inconvenience flyers have been posted. Staff: lazy but informative since I was handed a plunger & had to plunge a toilet that no one staying with me clogged. Parking: extremely unsafe, multiple homeless or drug addicts smoking at the entrance under the awning or just aimlessly wondering around. I say this in the nicest way possible but they never came...

'Too noisy. Pools must be separated for the kids only & adults. Otherwise no chance for adults to in the pools. There must be a sale point fır basic needs as there’s no food service. Providing a shuttle service for Boardwalk makes the facility premier!'
