'Shower floor was dirty, you could tell it hadn’t been scrubbed in a while…there was a water ring on the nightstand so obviously that wasn’t wiped down. The worst part was that I booked and paid through Expedia and then hotel charged me on top of that TWICE!!! I had to get ahold of of the manager myself by hunting him down at the other hotel he manages! I guess he is the only one who can give refunds! All the phone calls and messages took place about a week after our stay! Staff that works there...

'We had an a joining room door with a large gap under the door. Room #421. We put a towel to help with noise. There was a family with children right next to us that was very loud. Right in the middle of our shower in the morning, the water turned off and on several times. Streaming services on the TV kept going off the air.'

'I would not recommend this hotel. They do charge for parking whihc is out of expectation. The bed has some many wrinkles. Not sure whether soemone slept. The water pressure is so low that you barely have water to wash without wait. Shower was ok. Toilet paper so cheap. Feel like th owner trying to cut every penny. Just not typical hilton garden experiences. '

'Worst service and experience ever with any lodging, anywhere in the world. Made a 2 night reservation 3 weeks early. Paid for the reservation. Confirmed the reservation. Assigned room 216 when checking in over the phone. Arrived to be told that they overbooked and gave our room to someone else. They rebooked us into another hotel. They only booked us 1 night at the new location, but told us it was for 2. Then we were forced to check out after 1 day due to lack of vacancy at the second hotel....

'Besides no fan in the bathrooms, the staff was awesome, bed were comfortable, breakfast was good quality, and the place was clean. I'd stay there again.'

'There were not bath towels or toilet paper in our room. My mom had to dry herself with two hand towels which is not acceptable. I had to go down to the lobby to get the missing items. I also want to mention the carpet outside of the elevators and in the hall is very dirty and full of stains, is very disgusting.'
