'The location of this property is awesome! Walking distance to so much. We found the grounds very clean and the pool nice to relax at. The condo was great for a place to come and go but is in dire need of some general maintenance and upgrades. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. '

'I love the location… Not too far from Laie, not too far from North Shore. It’s quiet and clean and convenient. AC worked great! We were never uncomfortable.My only suggestion is that there could be more lighting in the kitchen main area'

'The one bedroom condo is clean, loaded with anything you would want in a kitchen…yes loaded!! Very neat and extremely clean and beautifully designed with a crisp minimalist living room design… beautiful. I stay in turtle bay condos multiple times per year, and they are usually over decorated and loaded with junky Nick-nacks that you have to move to even get counter space. A Also walking distance from Lei-lei’s restaurant, a true north shore “stand out” of greatest quality. Walkable to great surf...

'The property is nicely updated and a short distance from Turtle Bay. It is an older building with the dryer venting inside of the unit. I don’t believe this to be a safe practice. Fumes, moisture build up and fire hazards being just a few of the reasons. I felt ill and had to open windows while running. Definitely mildew building up inside of the hall bath. It has a mildew smell and the lack of any shower curtain causes a huge puddle on the floor after showering. We did see roaches as well, but...

'The condo was perfect for our three night stay in the north shore. We enjoyed having the restaurants close by. We watched the sunset from the bar at the resort which was amazing! I highly recommend this condo.'
