'As others have said the building is under renovation. Our first morning there was a Friday and the crew showed up but it was raining too hard. Then the weekend so we did not have work going on while we there. We did have scaffolding in front but it didn't spoil the view or our time on the lanai. The unit is lovingly decorated and very well furnished in both the kitchen and beach equipment. The king size bed was quite comfortable, the murphy bed not as much. 'We loved our stay!!! I am surprised it was as reasonably priced as it was. The condo was comfortable and well decorated. Being clean is a big deal to me and it was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a few spices and oil! We appreciated the beach gear. The property management company gave better directions than any other vacation home I have ever stayed at. The one little issue (a broken remote control) we had they responded to right away and fixed in a reasonable amount...

We had an issue with the hot tub. It was super gross. The maintenance company for the property did not do their job. My husband spent over 2 hours cleaning it so we could use it. 'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '
