'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'We enjoyed the approximity to the ocean and the beautiful view. The property was getting much needed repairs as we were leaving, and the room some improvement but was clean and well stocked with supplies and amenities. The only issue was the oven was out, but our rep Katie ordered us a pizza which we appreciated very much. Thanks for the stay'

'This was a perfect place to stay. You walk out the sliding glass doors and are in paradise. It is a short walk to the beach where you have umbrellas and chairs to use. The snorkeling at the bay was unbeatable. We took a trip to Hanauma Bay to snorkel and saw less than we did snorkeling at the villa’s bay. I will never stay anywhere else. Totally worth the money to stay here. '

'Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. Loved the daily breakfasts and happy hours. Great location if you just want to walk to local eats or stores. The only down side is you have to pay for parking if you want to park onsite which would’ve cost as much as the rental car. We opted to find street parking. For the most part, we were able to find parking close, usually within a half block. There was only one night I had to park a couple blocks away. Not bad considering I would’ve spent several...

Requested access rooms for disabled person but not enough rooms to accommodate. All first floor rooms should be disable accessible. And all first floor entrance doors should be easy for disabled person to open and walk in and out. '
