'You will not find a cleaner ,safer place in Ipswich ! Kudos to the team that refurbished the rooms ,the showers are the better than any rooms I’ve ever stayed in !'

'A lovely hotel would stay again. So charming a very well decorated. The walls are from the 18th century’s so you can hear traffic. We had no issue with it at all. There was a French press in the room which was lovely. The issue was no actual coffee to put in it The pulllout bed was sloped. Probably better to put it on the floor. I would recommend otherwise'

'According to price, it is what to be expected. Although the photo's on the website did not match the room. Everything was there. A good bed, a private bathroom and a kichinette. A bit far the nearest shops (supermarket). But nice, quiet, perfect communication. Very well explained in emails upfront arrival about door access etc.'

'The place over exceeds the pictures 100 percent worth the stay. There was a little mix up about pillows before I left however the place and the great attitudes of the staff made up for it. I’d give this place 10/10. Great parking and beach view as well.'

'A very sweet old inn. The magnolia room was very clean, tastefully decorated, and spacious. I enjoyed the coffee station right outside the door and the bottled water in the min-fridge was a nice bonus. The shared bathroom was newly updated and very clean. The front porch rockers were lovely to sit and read. There is currently no food on site so bring your own or dine out- the owners provide a good book of suggestions. It’s an easy .6 mile walk to beautiful North Beach which is much less crowded...
