'Clean rooms and nice beach/pool towels were available at the pool. WiFi was surprisingly bad on the first floor, but much better on the third floor. Not much is open Sunday close to the hotel, so factor that into your stay if possible. Super friendly and helpful staff and lots of live entertainment in the lobby/dining area. The food trucks right by and north of the hotel are very good, so worth checking out and really added some variety to our trip.'

'The staff here truly went above and beyond! From the bell team to the front desk to housekeeping, everyone greeted us with genuine warmth and the kind of hospitality that makes you feel right at home. The house keepers even tucked my daughters teddy bear in her bed everyday! It was very special. Total Aloha spirit! 🌺 The pool area was clean, relaxing, and well stocked with towels (always a win!). They have outdoor cabanas, bbq grills, fire pit (must reserve) which made it very family friendly....

'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'This was a perfect place to stay. You walk out the sliding glass doors and are in paradise. It is a short walk to the beach where you have umbrellas and chairs to use. The snorkeling at the bay was unbeatable. We took a trip to Hanauma Bay to snorkel and saw less than we did snorkeling at the villa’s bay. I will never stay anywhere else. Totally worth the money to stay here. '
