'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'We enjoyed the approximity to the ocean and the beautiful view. The property was getting much needed repairs as we were leaving, and the room some improvement but was clean and well stocked with supplies and amenities. The only issue was the oven was out, but our rep Katie ordered us a pizza which we appreciated very much. Thanks for the stay'

'Beautiful condo with amazing views. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the unit was clean and well stocked with garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper etc. We had an amazing trip and really enjoyed staying here. '

We stayed here 10/20-10/27. The villa is gorgeous and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were great and the beach was just steps away. It is a small public beach that is shared with the Ritz Carlton and can get pretty crowded as it is...

'Thermostat could not be set lower than 72 degrees which was sometimes too hot in the Villa. Security around the pool was rude with telling us that pool hours ended. Otherwise, great location '
