Luxe hotels in North Shore

'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'This was a perfect place to stay. You walk out the sliding glass doors and are in paradise. It is a short walk to the beach where you have umbrellas and chairs to use. The snorkeling at the bay was unbeatable. We took a trip to Hanauma Bay to snorkel and saw less than we did snorkeling at the villa’s bay. I will never stay anywhere else. Totally worth the money to stay here. '

'We enjoyed the location. We felt like we were in nature instead of the hectic Waikiki area. We drove all over the island everything was within an hour. The marine on the west side is great. Hotel feels very comfortable, it doesn’t feel like a mega resort. All staff were extremely kind and helpful. We’d stay here again.'

'The food was amazing , a little too expensive for the room, for that price we should have had a full kitchen, the water was a great temperature but the pool was not very clean for as many employees walking around, also found a roach in the bathroom, 🤔'
