'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'We stayed for 5 nights in this very nice condo and had a great time. It was very clean, had a well equipped kitchen and a good bed. It is a great place as a fall out for visiting the island. We would definately recommend this place! Maybe one tiny remark; when we booked on VRBO it wasn't quite clear that 1 of the beds is a sofabed. Thank you for letting us stay in your nice condo.'

'The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway. 'Easy, safe and clean location to stay at to access all North shore activities. A/c worked great, but the cross breeze was the best with the front and back screens open.'
