'Locally owned and ran by a friendly couple. The room was clean. It was a bit cold when I first got in but turning up the baseboard heaters helped that. The floor was a bit chilly to walk on. One of the chairs upholstery was dirty. All bedding and linens were clean and cozy. The bathroom was small but clean. Not appropriate if you need a handicap bathroom but worked well for this single traveller. Also had a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a table and 2 chairs, and a little kitchenette...

'Prima kamer als je er alleen komt om te slapen/douche. Wij verbleven hier twee nachten om Seattle te ontdekken. Binnen 15 minuten sta je met de bus vanaf het hotel in de binnenstad. Vriendelijke vrouw bij de receptie. Kamers zijn wel wat verouderd. Onze kamer stonk erg naar oude rooklucht.'

'Very comfortable and charming, and little quirky, older home in a great neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. Very quiet at night and great light in the morning. Excellent and very well stocked kitchen and nice furnishings throughout. A long stay would be easy. There is an alley way parking spot but only small cars would fit. No problem finding street parking. I plan to go back. Host is great. '

'extednded stay. Excellent staff and service. Nice, spacious rooms. quiet. Good location if you need to stay a bit North of downtown Seattle. Adequate breakfast, but I wish there were some healthier and varied choices. Amenities are good, but no shower cap. Overall, I would stay here again. '
