'Very nice and private gem! Pool was clean and warm enough to enjoy. Hot tub was was amazing! Centrally located to whatever you're into! ONLY downside were the mosquitoes...BUT welcome to life by the water! . Host left plenty of spray and sunscreen out. Bed was super comfy, AC was awesome! Special touches like extra ice and my husband's drink of choice were waiting for us! All the amenities were ready to go. Would definitely stay here again if we come that way! Heather and Tim were great hosts! '

'Big Bucs fan, so renting this location was a no brainer. We were able to walk to Raymond James Stadium for the game. Absolutely clean, beautiful home. Dee was a good host. The fire pit was in rough shape but she replaced it with a new one the next day. Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay and would rent again.'

'The house was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The host kindly provided water, a few snacks, and an array of board games for our family to enjoy. Our rooms were comfortable and we didn't have any issues. There was plenty of space for the five of us (4 adults and one teenager).The check-in and check-out instructions were pretty simple and didn't take long to complete. We were in town for a concert at Amalie Arena which was only about 2.5 miles away. Great proximity to downtown, restaurants,...
