'This was the second hotel we stayed at in Hawaii and such a difference from our first. GREAT hotel. Really attentive friendly staff, rooms are wonderful. Service is amazing. There's a variety of food/drink options here. The food itself is good, one spicy dish anywhere on any menu would be incredible (but that's just personal taste). We tried a variety of different drinks with mixed results, but overall really enjoyed it all. Also, visit the hotels bakery... SO GOOD. The only slight downside to...

'LOVED the rooftop pool and bar. Everything is walking distance and beach is close. Variety of food options. If you want to go around the island then you need a car but if you want to keep cost down there’s things to enjoy walking distance. Hotel is very nice and private. '

'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'Everything worked perfect for us at Park Shore Waikiki. The room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable and the location of the hotel was perfect. We enjoyed the beach towel service and the umbrella/beach chair rentals every day, which you get for free as hotel guests. The staff was always very friendly and attentive of all our needs. Highly recommend ! '
