'My girlfriend and I needed a comfortable accommodation on the north shore for a combined wedding and vacation trip. We got exactly that. Directions and instructions were sent the night before our flight, so there was no confusion after we landed. Everything in the condo was neat and clean. A few leftover staples in the fridge and coffee filters is always a nice touch. A few several restaurant and grocery recommendations were helpful in the welcome booklet. Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '
