'Very pleasant stay and very accommodating host. Property looked just like in the pictures. Quiet property and friedly neighborhood. Street parking but there was always a spot right by the house. Our dog was with us and enjoyed his stay too! Our host was very responsive to our questions. Check in was easy! We'll definitely consider staying here again when back in Philly!'

'Stay was amazing, neighbors are loud and dogs bark throughout the night but this place is definitely a hidden gem.. there is a corner store across the top of the street which was convenient but the only downside was that there were indeed flies flying around a bit frequently as well as dead flies on the basement ground other than that this was an amazing stay for me and my family and we’d visit again '

'We had a fantastic stay at Eric’s beautiful lodge-style home in a serene, wooded enclave in West Chester. It was the perfect setting for our multigenerational family gathering, celebrating a milestone birthday with guests ages 2 to 89. The house is incredibly spacious, with multiple gathering areas indoors and out. 'I was really hesitant in booking this place due the age of the house but!! It turned out to be a great place to stay. Central to our activities and big enough for our family, with plenty of room to share. Communication with property manger was excellent. Had a little glitch with plumbing, which was no fault by management or ours, but was taken care of immediately. Over all excellent place to stay. Would definitely visit again'
