'Our host, Laura York, is everything a good host should be; attentive, accommodating and welcoming in every way. The amenities are comfortable and adequate for any length of stay. We chose to extend our stay, rather than to simply find a different place, after a minor setback in our schedule. It’s very easy to feel at home here, as it’s very pleasant, peaceful and convenient to many necessities. I’d recommend staying here to anyone. '

'The apartment is convenient to restaurants on 5th St in the Oregon District. It is walking distance to the main branch of the Dayton Metro Library and other downtown spots, including more restaurants. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, enjoying the architects and gardens. The owner has done a great job improving an apartment in an older building. 'The room was very clean and comfortable; everything in great order and it had everything you could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable. I meant to do some food prep for Thanksgiving but ended up doing it at our son's nearby but everything was there I would've needed. The area is a bit sketchy but we felt safe and secure.
