'The location of this property is wonderful, 3 mins walk to the subway and a few more mins to Times Square. It has a gate code for the apartment complex so we felt very safe. It was ideal for our whirlwind trip to NYC and we would book it again if we visit. Alex's instructions to checkin were on the mark and helped us with a post-midnight smooth check-in too. '

'Perfect location in the East Village. Nice that it is on the first floor so you are not having to climb lots of stairs. Great for 2 people. Check in was super easy and apartment was very clean. Building entrance was clean and it was pretty quiet when we were there. Host is very easy to communicate with. Kitchen and close proximity to Wegmans for groceries could be helpful to some. Bed was very comfy and water pressure was great. Overall a really good stay. Great place to come in and out of...
