'Perfect place and service. Breakfast was excellent. '

'For Japan standard this is a great place. The space is enormous and in very clean and great condition. The hot tube is amazing! But here are con's: - place is not worth for 2 people due the high price. Nice for family with kids or 2 couples. - I was actually missing a coffee machine, specially due the price range Overall nice place with tremendous space but I will book a regular hotel for the half of the price. By the way, the staff is great, helpfull and super kind ! Arigato :)'

'Great Hotel, not far from Jujo Station, which is just two stops from Kyoto Station. Spacious and clean room and bath, friendly staff.'

'The staff at the front desk was very helpful. We love being able to cook some eggs and toast for breakfast a few days because we had pots and pans that we could use. The location is close to a station which makes things easy. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the fact that we could easily walk to some neighborhood grocery stores when we needed things. There are also convenience stores and pharmacies nearby. Great little spot.'

'Good location. '

'The house is very clean and spacious. The host responded really quick if you have any concerns. Very nice accommodation and highly recommended!'

'Behulpzaam personeel. '

'A wonderful stay at Kyoto Amazing – The Wizard of Oz. The apartment was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and local attractions while still being in a quiet neighborhood. The host was responsive and made check-in seamless. A great choice for anyone visiting Kyoto—I would definitely stay here again.'

'I booked this hotel some months ago and I started reading reviews prior to check in. I'll admit I got a bit nervous. That being said we decided to stay the night and try it out. First impressions were that there was more space than many rooms we've stayed in while in Japan. Many features look newish and it has a full kitchen. Then things get weird. The wall paper is peeling off. There's a persistent bad smell. There's roach traps everywhere. I tried to shower and the shower nozzle fell off. My...
