' The location is okay. 25 minutes walk to the sights. A supermarket and coffee shops nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. -It’s a 3 room B&B with thin walls. So you will hear the other occupants. - The check-in process in confusing. You have no interaction with anybody (I experienced this in Zagreb and had similar issues). They tell you to phone somebody (not WhatsApp) when you’re at the gate. No one responds, so you have to contact them by WhatsApp. No one responds. -Heating doesn’t work...

'Well located for train travel to and from Bologna. Reception staff are friendly and jelpful. However traffic noise can be heard day and night, bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, and unpleasant odor seems to be coming from the shower drain. '
