'We had the cottage and a Bungalow for our group of 9, and it worked out great. The location was walkable to the quarter and the street car line, and there are great restaurants in the neighborhood and Bywater. No concerns for safety, regardless of time of day. We would definitely stay there again. '

'I traveled to NOLA on business and was located about 20 minutes from the convention center. Far enough out of town and close enough to get to all the city easily. The property is exactly as described in pictures. Gated parking, pool, snacks and drinks upon entering, partially stocked refrigerator, and incredible coffee station and selection. My invoming flight was delayed, and because of that my departure was also delayed which changed my check out date. This host accomodated this change quickly...

'Had an amazing stay with friends here. Great, beuatiful house with gorgeous pool. There were darts and poker chips was a nice extra things to have as well as hanging out on the balcony. The hosts are super cool and readily available. Highly recommend'

'The check in/check out process was terrible. We had to wait til day of to see if we could get an early check in; I called a few times about it and at first was told we should be able to but then was told it wasn't clean and they would get back to me. I was also only able to get in touch with an agency overseeing the property and not the actual property manager. I never heard back so we just went to the property to see if we could drop our bags but had to wait about 2 hours to get into the room....

'I stayed for 3 nights at the Avenue Plaza resort. The hotel is convenient located at St. Charles Avenue. The St. Charles streetcar stops right in front of the hotel. The room was large and beautiful decorated. Everything was clean, although there was no daily cleaning. It was a bit difficult to sleep because the airconditioning was very noisy and couldn't be turned off.
