'Staff was very friendly and extremely helpfull. Hotel is in the middle of city center, so this is very convenient. We stayed on the 11th floor, but we hardly heard anything at night of the busy city center (and we stayed during Mardi Gras)'

'We always love this hotel bc it’s connected to Ochsner’s where we have appointments. It’s always clean, relaxing, and so convenient to appointments and we can go back to rest in between appointments, close to PJ’s coffee shop, Smoothie King, the cafeteria, gift shop, and pharmacy. The only negative is I’m sensitive to scents and it’s strong near the front desk so I stay away from there except for checking in. I just wish that so many hotels didn’t use those perfumed things bc it tough for people...
