'Ideal location for visiting Kyoto. Entrance to the most useful subway line is right across the hotel at a 2 minute walk.
Rooms are extremely spacious, about the biggest we ever had for this price. Subway prices are very cheap, around €5,- for a day pass.
Located next to the international Convention Centre in a very good area.
Also lots of shop within a 10 min. walk.'

'Upea pieni Luxury/boutiquehotelli, jossa koko asunto samassa!

'We stayed in Room number one. It was incredible. It was such a wonderful experience to stay in a historic building that had modern amenities and a lot of space. The room decorations and sliding doors were beautiful. The living room overlooks the garden. Everything was clean. It was nice to have the communal food area to grab coffee in the morning and a light meal. Be aware that the room entrance for the room is right next to the lobby. There are stairs to climb to get up to the room. We will...

'A very nice hotel at a convenient location. Beautiful spacious room (Signature De Luxe) with 2 big beds, a window that could be opened for fresh air, a nice bathroom with separate wc and shower. Superb breakfast and very friendly staff. Only one point to improve: the smoking area close to the beautiful entrance should be closed immediately. Does not fit to this eco hotel. We will be back!'

'Hotel: luxurious and great location, spacious and clean rooms, various cleaning room options. Hotel has a shuttle bus to drive guests to a train/subway station.
Staff: very helpful, give valuable and usefull information,
Restaurant/food: only tried western breakfast. Everyday was the same but had enough options to chose from. The only small complaint i have is the lack of protein options.
Overall: great hotel, would definitely recommend it for those visiting Kyoto'
