'The room was very clean. When we arrived there was a basket with snacks and water bottles. The coffee area had a couple of muffins which was a nice treat. Check in is all electric which is very easy to navigate through. No front desk staff on property. The one staff member I meet in the morning was very friendly and helpful. The location is on the same street as the Hot Spring National Park about a mile in 1/2 down the road. We would stay here again.'

'The room appeared ok when we first got there. Then I noticed there were stains on the comforter and the linen seemed dingy and old. I went to buy my own pillow cases/sheets because I did not want to sleep on those pillow cases and sheets. Housekeeping came to bring clean linen-still dingy( we appreciated this) I used my blanket from home as my cover. We looked under the bed and there was a used Q-tip on the floor(gross). We had a problem with the thermostat, the room temperature was up to 84...

'Excellent property that was clean and well maintained. Quite location and close to plenty food and stores. Breakfast was timely and good. Would stay here again.'

'This hotel is by far the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed at. I booked a room for the 4th of july weeend. I expected some noise.But at 1 am I decidedc to leave my first night there. when I walked to the office to inform them I was leaving to go stay swomewhere quieter. I saw they were allowing people to continue to shoot fireworks in their parking lot at 1 am!. while the staff was watching all this going on. and the room above me was having a party and started singing at one point. kids were...

'Clean,quiet and good breakfast included. A/c was a little noisy but tolerable. We would stay here again.'

'The smell in that property was very bad. It was all over and more on elevator. They have sprayed the room sprayer heavily in spite of that it was nauseating. I have never stayed in any such smelly hotel. Since we booked last minute this came in our budget. But my stay experience was completely spoiled due to the smell. Food was okay and no room service unless you ask.'

'The security latch /lock on the door was missing half. The windows was a two piece held together with clear tape. The trim on the bottom of the wall was missing in places and fell off laying in the floor in other spots. They actually give you a plastic bag with your soap,wash cloth,towels and toilet paper. ( like am I in jail ?) And the ice machine is falling apart no scoop . Nothing in the room to get ice with. No ice bucket no cup nothing.'

'VERY CLEAN, NICE STAFF BUT DID NOT FOLLOW UP ON OUR COMPLAINTS ABOUT KIDS BANG AND JUMPING UP AND DOWN IN THE ROOM ABOVE US DURING THE NIGHT AND THE NEXT MORNING. BEST FREE BREAKFAST WE HAVE EVER HAD. POOL OUT OF ORDER.'

'I love that the room was very clean. Room was very comfortable with the air conditioner already on. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The pool area was awesome. Only thing me and my family didn’t enjoy was the breakfast. The kitchen was very full of supplies. I will stay at this hotel again just hoping for better breakfast.'

'Booked a corner room using expedia, when we checked in the corner room was no longer available. The front desk staff did not know what happened! I KNOW WHAT HAPPENED! I worked the front desk at a large hotel while in college.'
