'This is supposed to be a luxury hotel and that was not the experience. The rooms were fine, but nothing more elevated than a Holiday Inn Express. An hour and a half to get brunch (open seating) when there were only 12 people in the restaurant. No manager. No bartender. There was a noisy party in the restaurant who would not be escorted out to the lobby - they were not patrons. Wait staff was not trained in even the simplest of procedures (pour water in the water glasses; bring everyone's food...

'We stayed at the Graduate Hotel in Dallas and felt the room rate itself was reasonable. Our room with two queen beds was comfortable, but surprisingly there was no closet, which made it difficult to hang clothes or stay organized. We also had ants in the room near the beds and on the table. We reported it and were told the issue would be addressed, but unfortunately we still saw ants the next day.
