'Convenient location, but since it is close to the airport, not very quiet. Also a bit dated. Small bathroom... And we had a employee protest in the morning, who wanted contracts... That started at 7 am, so sleeping was over then.....'

'Shuttle to the BART transit was incredible, able to very easily go to the heart of San Fransico without the hassle of parking. Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff was wonderful, helpful and welcoming. Nice area to take an evening walk. Stayed 4 nights and it was a great start to our vacation. Shuttle from airport came very quickly too, at their hotel within 30 minutes of landing. Cannot speak high enough of this hotel.'

'Overall, amazing! Nice pool area. Bartender was absolutely amazing! Very happy and smiley. Downside: the sheer curtain on the second floor had a huge rip in it. The wallpaper in the elevators is peeling off pretty badly. The fan in our bathroom did not work at all. Some front desk staff did not speak English at all, which is weird. But we would definitely be back to that property again!'
