We chose to have our room cleaned every other day though the minibar was restocked each day. The facilities are fantastic. The dinner restaurants are magnificent. Be prepared to wait for 30 or 35 minutes as being sested is on a first come, first serve basis.'

'We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...
