'Our stay at the Harmony House was exactly what we needed. It is conveniently located close to local restaurants, downtown/Broadway, and Vanderbilt. Checkin/out, Communication before/during, and Parking were all quick and easy. We had plenty of space which was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!'

'Parkeren extreem duur, maar als je tijdens je verblijf je auto niet nodig hebt kan je in de parkeerplek aan de overkant (letterlijk 30 meter lopen) je auto voor 1/2 kwijt. Ik was voor 2 nachten 58 Dollar kwijt en anders was het 55 per nacht plus tax plus fooi aan de valet Verder een erg mooi hotel op een top locatie. Alles was erg goed. Mis alleen de zwembad. Voor dit soort bedragen zou je dat wel verwachten een binnezwembad. '

'Thought the valet getting our car was wonderful. The waitress we had and the other cafe staff for our breakfast was great. We came for the 4th of July pool party. Was really disappointed with not being told there weren’t better views of the fireworks. Not enough seats. Some of the staff there were very rude. I do understand the hotel didn’t directly host it.'

'When I walked in to the room, there was a slight smell. Not trash. Not sewer. I didn’t think much of it even though it was quite strong. When I woke up this morning, I found one cockroach on the floor. I put it in the toilet. When I was getting dressed, I found two more dead cockroaches in the bedroom area. I left them as they were and took pictures. I found a leg of a cockroach in the kitchen area. I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times and this has never been the case. I did speak privately...

'Everything was excellent. I stayed for the weekend for the 4th of July celebration. As every year, we traveled from Alabama. The staff was very attentive and courteous, especially Mr. Van and a guy from the cafeteria whose name I can't remember, but he was there on Saturday afternoon.'

'No pool and a lot of foot traffic in and out of the elevators because there's a rooftop bar that is pretty popular in the city so outsiders come in and out. Besides that, the staff is amazing rooms are clean and fully stocked beds are comfy and best belive that housekeeping lady will knock on your door at 10:55am on check out day 😀'
