'The experience that my guest and I had at the Virgin Nashville was nothing shy of amazing. They allowed us to check in early, and even gifted complimentary drinks as we waited. 'I stayed a Friday and Saturday night. The room was clean and comfortable but the noise from outside was difficult for me. I recommend bringing ear plugs for people who are noise sensitive. The hotel is near a busy highway as well as train tracks that are still in operation. That isn't a dig at the hotel, just a fact. 'Staff could be better, arrived at the hotel to find the room at 80 temp. When I called the front desk, I was told that the maintenance person would not be back at work till 8 am the next morning. They didn’t not offer to move me till I asked. When I asked what room would I be moving to, the person at the front desk told me “ when you come to the desk I’ll tell you “. The.
