'Great stay and hotel overall. Welcomed by very friendly staff and allowed us to check in early. Very clean and well decorated. Loved the modern amenities including plenty of charging ports in the bed frame and table. Great lighting. The mirror in the bathroom is a Bluetooth speaker too, which is cool, except when someone else’s music was connected and very loud… but a call to the front desk and they guided me how to reset it and it stopped. 'We enjoyed our stay at the Harmony House. I was very thankful to have the option to check in early since I am traveling and had two dogs with me. We loved the putt putt area for sure! Although my dogs were unsettled for about an hour, everyone was patient, understanding and communicated the issue promptly ( pups are getting used to traveling as well.) I hope we are able to stay again sometime, without the pets and really appreciate all the Harmony House has to offer. '

'The experience that my guest and I had at the Virgin Nashville was nothing shy of amazing. They allowed us to check in early, and even gifted complimentary drinks as we waited. The rooftop pool was gorgeous, as well as the Common Club pool table. I’d definitely stay here again on my next to Nashville'

'Staff could be better, arrived at the hotel to find the room at 80 temp. When I called the front desk, I was told that the maintenance person would not be back at work till 8 am the next morning. They didn’t not offer to move me till I asked. When I asked what room would I be moving to, the person at the front desk told me “ when you come to the desk I’ll tell you “. The. Proceeded to hang up on me.'

'Such a beautiful and unique hotel! Would highly recommend. My only reason for giving staff 4 stars vs. 5 is because it was very hard reaching a live person after calling the hotel multiple times. The chatbox was also of no help. I'd suggest removing that feature as it doesn't provide assistance.'
