'Clean and comfortable property in a nice neighborhood. Fenced back yard was perfect for our pups. Convenient to restaurants, breweries, trout streams and waterfalls. Nice touches including snacks, activity and dining recommendations, personalized greeting and even little bottles of whiskey! There was some construction going on next door and across the street but it didn’t bother us because we were out most of the day. '

'We stayed at this fantastic home in Brevard the week of June 23rd and had a wonderful experience. It was perfect for our family of five—and could have easily fit more! The indoor basketball court was the kids’ favorite feature, with the pool table coming in a close second. We enjoyed movie nights with plenty of comfy seating, and the industrial-style touches like exit signs and paper towel dispensers added a fun, unique vibe. 'Greatly enjoyed Bird's Eye View, the location, views, decor, supplies, really all aspects. Close to the places and activities of interest to us, fly fishing for trout, hiking, checking out waterfalls, shopping, visiting restaurants and breweries. The owner provided information on sites and activities for the area based on their personal visits and experiences. We found this information very valuable and enjoyed the results. We would definitely return. '
