'We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak...

The townhouse is walking distance to several nice restaurants and the historic district. The house has modern appliances but has retained the historic charm of the neighborhood.Just be aware, this house will NOT accommodate anyone with mobility issue due to 2 very steep, narrow staircases. 'Nice and covert clean and new. Some difficulty with electronic door lock with the afternoon sun making it not work properly but I was able to reach the owner right away and they were going to replace it. Waking distance to many restaurants and a 30 minute safe walk to downtown and lots of bars and food. '
