'To start, the location was in a very rough neighborhood with a lot of homeless people around the house. We did not feel safe even during the day. Property needs a big renovation as the pictures do not represent reality. Things are falling apart. Rugs and couch were stained and dirty. No utensils, plates, cups and silverware. 'Problems-Kitchen drawer next to the sink is broken-Cleaning issues- comforter, sheets, mattress cover in the first level was dirty ie dried blood and urine-All linen need to be replaced, thin and dingy-mattress flat, very uncomfortable.-washer and dryer need cleaning-Trash cans need to be cleaned- Courtyard was unkept ie broken glass, weed, debris- The smell of marijuana was on the upper floors.RECOMMEND SOMEONE REVIEW THE FACILITY PRIOR TO ANYONE CHECKING IN.'

'This is probably the best short term rental in Philadelphia. The second you step inside, you realize this is a home away from home. The couches are clean and very cozy.
