'The staff at night checkin were very good and helpful, they assisted with room changes. However, on the day of check out when we went to the parking lot out front to load our vehicle. We noticed someone during the night had hit our car. When we spoke to staff at desk they were extremely unhelpful, stated there were no cameras out front. Additionally, we had a fire alarm early that morning and when we went to evacuate there was an odor of smoke in the hallway. We were told not to worry...

'The AZB has a very beautiful property with all the amenities you could ask for during your stay, even with stunning mountain views. Renatas restaurant offers delicious food and cocktails. The Cup and Cone Market has wonderful grab-and-go items; the overnight oats are very tasty. The staff is amazing and very friendly. You must check out AZB for yourself and experience the great stay. '

'Prima plek in Downtown Phoenix met zeer vriendelijk en toeschietelijk personeel. Bar en restaurant zijn goed voorzien, maar natuurlijk wel prijzig. Duurzaamheid is “alles of niks” voor wat betreft het verzorgen van de kamers, dus als je alleen de koffie aangevuld wilt hebben krijg je de schone lakens en handdoeken erbij, wat natuurlijk niet nodig is. '

'NOT AS ADVERTISED. I love a good vintage boutique hotel, but this one needs some TLC. Pool closed, no restaurant, no bar. Not only are all these spaces very very shut down you aren't even allowed to enjoy the vintage space, use the tables, or sit outside at the tables/chairs - it's all locked up. Carpet in the entryway is very stained. front desk staff were not rude but weren't friendly either, giving you the impression that they are used to dealing with a questionable crowd.
