'A very cute place to stay. Comfortable and well-appointed. Quiet neighborhood with a very neat dessert shop on the corner, La Carreta de Lili. The hosts could not have been more welcoming or helpful when we needed advice. We will definitely be hoping to stay here on our next trip for Spring Training baseball'

Some of the surrounding properties have not been kept up although it appears that there's an effort being made in the neighborhood to change things around. The property met our needs for the purpose of attending a Dodgers game at nearby Chase Field. 'This place some how goes by three different names! The check in was extremely difficult! The parking only accommodates 1 vehicle. The ceiling fans in the rooms didn’t work, on arrival the suite was hot, it smelled of wet dogs! The entire facility smells. I couldn’t figure out how to close the window blinds in the living area, they actually looked broken. This place looks like you’ve entered a jail or prison facility, if I had to describe one.
