'12 nachten verblijf met vrouw en kind. Kamer was ruim en schoon met veilig raamkozijn op de 6e verdieping. Bedden waren goed, douche en toilet ook. Wij waren gewend dat om de paar dagen de kamer zou worden schoongemaakt met nieuwe handdoeken, toiletpapier en zeep, maar moesten dat bij de receptie zelf aangeven, het is maar wat je gewend bent. Personeel was vriendelijk. Ontbijt is prima maar niet over de top, tot maximaal 9 uur vonden wij te vroeg en daardoor gingen veel mensen op het laatste...

The staff were so friendly and my daughter commented that they made it feel like we were coming home each afternoon and evening. The amenities are over the top. An ideal place to both work and play. Millennium Park, The Bean, Chicago Cultural Center, Art Institute of Chicago, Riverwalk, Navy Pier, and Magnificent Mile are all within walking distance. Nous avons vu qu’il y avait une piscine mais n’avons pas su si nous pouvions y aller. Nous aurions aimé être informés à ce propos, ainsi que de prévenir à l’avance pour la caution. Le petit déjeuner est complet: omelette, sausage, moyen de se faire des gaufres, yaourt, porridge, cake et choix confitures industriel. Du fromage ou des produits frais seraient tops! "
