'This was our first time at this property. It was not during peak season so I don't know how it gets during peak season but as far as I know, the hotel was full as it's not that large. The room was wonderful. We were in room 12. I had a beautiful deck overlooking the ocean and the beach our own walkway to the beach. The temperature in the room is comfortable. 'I wish we had more reasons to stay near the Briar Inn because we would be regulars! We only needed one night in order to attend a few graduation events and the Briar Inn far exceeded our expectations.
