'I am going to start with the positive first. The house was located very close to the beach which was nice. There was a parking spot available. I did not hear much noise from the above rental And now for the negative. I have rented probably 50 homes in the past and this one had the least amount of amenities available. There was supposed to be coffee and sugar, which was not there. There was one garbage can in the entire house for six people, not even one in the bathroom. Very little lighting...

'The place is okay and as described. It's a first floor apartment. The location faces the main road coming into Seaside so it's not scenic. I was there for a fall fishing trip so I didn't care about that. A previous review mentioned that the owners lived upstairs. While I heard them moving around from time to time, it was no big deal, and I never saw them. However, at 12:15 AM on my last of 3 nights there, there was a loud argument upstairs with lots of swearing that woke me up out of a sound...
