'Good Stuff: Location was easy to find and check-in super easy. The apartment itself was clean and seemed ready. Publix is exactly a mile away, along with many restaurants. The back yard is completely enclosed, giving our chihuahua a very safe place to run. Neighborhood is nice.Not So Good: There were 6-8 full bags of garbage under the carport and several more stacked in the back yard. There is some maintenance that needs attention, including a shim under the front edge of the toilet. While there...

'This house location is perfect. Walk across the street onto the beach. Walk down the block to a bunch a great restaurant and bars. Place was clean, easy keyless access. Owner very attentive. Modern appliances: frig, stove, oven, dishwasher, washer dryer.Limited beach chairs. We had a great 2 days. Would stay again.'
